2005-2006: Cayce Civil Rights Certification

The Housing Authority of the City of Cayce , SC does hereby agree and certify that it will carry out this Agency Plan (both our Five-Year Plan and our Annual Plan) in compliance with all applicable civil rights requirements and will affirmatively further fair housing. In particular, we will comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Fair Housing Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. This is in continuation of our long-standing anti-discrimination tradition.
