2005-2006: Cayce Capital Improvement
The Quality Housing and Work
Responsibility Act of 1998 requires that housing authorities set forth in their
Annual Plan a Capital Improvement Plan.
This Plan is based on the best information that was available to the Cayce
Housing Authority at the time the Plan was prepared.
Unfortunately, HUD has not notified the CHA of the exact amount of
Capital Funds that will be available for use in the affected fiscal year.
When further financial information is received, the CHA may need to make
revisions to this Plan.
As a condition for receiving Capital Improvement Funds from the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), a housing authority is
required to prepare a Five Year Plan for administering those funds.
The following documents are included in
this section:
FY 2005-06 Annual Plan
FY 2005-10 Five Year Plan
Progress Report on Capital Fund
Expenditures
