The Cayce Housing Authority, which is managed by the CHA, consists of 40 units located throughout Cayce, South Carolina.

By agreement of the Board of Commissioners, the Cayce Housing Authority is managed by the Columbia Housing Authority. The Cayce Housing Authority has units in four different housing communities. The Spencer Place location is designated for seniors and disabled residents only. Applications are available at the CHA Central Office or the Cayce City Hall.
