We do not have any emergency housing programs.  If you are in need of emergency housing assistance, please call 211 to speak with a United Way representative 

Since 1934, the Columbia Housing Authority has been providing affordable housing to the citizens of the City of Columbia and Richland County in South Carolina. 

ATTENTION APPLICANTS:

We will be accepting applications for the following Public Housing waiting lists on Monday, July 2, 2018 from 9am until 4pm:


​     1. ​Elderly Housing at Oak-Read and Marion Street highrises. Eligible applicants must be 62 years old with no  children.


​     2. Standard Housing for 4 and 5 Bedroom Eligible Families.
